 I am Solution Focused which means we work towards your 'best hopes' for the future together working with whatever may feel currently the most uppermost issue. 

I have supported individuals who identify as LGBTQ+ with their very unique experience of growth and change. I have also taken additional training with It's All About You. This increased my sensitivity to the multiple and diverse ways people identify and to explore what this means for them in their own nuanced ways.

I am also further aware of the importance of working with the unique cultural context each person lives within. In my experience, supporting people to build affirming relationships has been an antidote to interpersonal stressors , by finding their healing 'tribe'.
