I work with LGBTQ+ folk who wish to meet a counsellor where those aspects of their identity will not be unnecessarily questioned or looked at but can be spoken about respectfully and safely. I aim to offer you a sense of hope and empowerment, along with techniques you could use in your life. I can support you to explore whatever is going on in your life such as stress, grief, exploring gender identity, exploring sexuality, a loved one transitioning or coming out as LGBTQ+, body image, anxiety or depression. I am happy to discuss any accessibility requirements you may have.
